This bed & breakfast in a monumental pilot house is located in the middle of the artists' village Den Hoorn, in the south of Texel. In the small streets are beautiful buildings and you will find various galleries, a few restaurants, a supermarket and bicycle rental. The eye-catcher is the reformed church with the white tower. Within 10 minutes you can cycle to the vast North Sea beach. You will pass through a beautiful dune area that is part of the National Park Dunes of Texel, with an extensive network of cycling and hiking trails. Close by is also nature reserve De Geul, with a large spoonbill colony.
